In this episode we talk with Jessi Sletten about how we can begin planning for our postpartum so that we feel more supported and prepared once baby is here. She really focuses on helping moms learn to thrive rather than just survive in the postpartum period.
During her own personal journey into motherhood she was faced with challenges dealing with breastfeeding so she made sure to properly educate herself on the topic and became certified in lactation consulting so that she can be there for moms facing the same issues she once had.
