Initial one-on-one healing session (60 minutes) with Sarah to gain a deeper understanding of why you wish to begin this healing journey.
Access to 12-week self-led workbook and other material focused on supporting mothers who are looking to heal from trauma associated with pregnancy, birth, and the early motherhood transitions.
Final one-on-one session (60 minutes) with Sarah after completing material to ensure you feel confident and empowered to continue on a path of healing and becoming the mother you wish to be.
